Ribbon Cross

The cross is the reason for the Easter season, and here at the HairBow Center, we believe the reason for every season!  Instead of gifting chocolate Easter bunnies this year, give a more meaningful gift by making some of these beautiful hand-made ribbon cross embellishments.  Attach a broach pin for ladies or a hair clip for children.  These ribbon crosses would be gorgeous in pastel satin ribbons and also in smaller sizes.  I would personally love this in either a white or deep purple shade for the symbolism of those colors.  Have a blessed Easter season! ~Kristi

DIY Elastic Hair Ties Tutorial

Contributor post by Brittany

I’m blown away at how quickly these elastic hair ties have become so popular! I’m literally seeing them EVERYWHERE! Maybe it’s because of the vibrant colors, how cute they look when worn on your wrist, or their super-stretchability that leaves absolutely NO-CREASE in your hair. Tempted to purchase some for yourself? DON’T. Just don’t. The average price on Etsy for a small set of solid color elastic hair ties averages out to be about $1 per band. Any type of printed band will get you shelling out 3-4 times more. Kinda crazy. So today I am going to show you how to make these trendy elastic hair ties for about 10 cents each! Woo-hoo!!
