Additionally when you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the web-site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information including credit card numbers , email address, and phone number.  We refer to this information as “Order Information.”  Note:  We never store credit card numbers in any way or have access to that information on our servers.  We use tokenization and the sensitive information is stored through Braintree or PayPal.  Information relating to electronic transactions entered via this website will be protected by encryption technology.  No customer credit card numbers are stored on our server.
We also allow the option for our customers to add their email address to be registered to receive marketing or craft tutorial type emails.  Types of emails we send can be defined as order related - order confirmations, shipping confirmations, reward point notices, etc.  The other type of emails are marketing related, which include sale notifications, abandoned cart offers, coupon codes, etc.  We utilize a double opt-in feature for all marketing emails, requiring you to confirm that you would like to receive marketing emails from us.  We utilize a third party email service (Remarkety) to manage marketing emails to ensure your data is safe.
When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Order Information.


We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the web-site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations).  Additionally, we use this Order Information to:
Communicate with you, screen our orders for potential risk or fraud, and when in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.
