We hope that you are completely satisfied with the products you receive from our store!  However, we do realize that sometimes you may purchase items you realize you do not need or you change your mind regarding your purchase.

HairBow Center does accept returns for refund. Returns must be received within 45 days of the original transaction date to receive a refund due to payment processor policies. All returned items must be unused and in original condition as received. Once your return is received by us, HairBow Center will refund the full purchase price of the item(s) within 15 days. Returned items will receive a 5% restocking fee.

We do not offer product exchanges.  If you are needing a different item, please return the item you do not need back to us as described above and simply place a new order for the item(s) you are needing instead.

*Original shipping costs will not be refunded in part or in whole for items returned for refund. The customer is also responsible for return shipping costs. Closeout and discontinued items are not eligible for return. All sales are final on closeout and discontinued items.
