DIY Snowman Hair Accessory Instructions Contributor post by Danielle at Korker Krazy This cheery little hair-clip will brighten your day!  These little clippies can be used in many ways other than just an adorable hair accessory.  Clip it to your shirt collar or lapel or slide it on a ribbon wrapped around a gift.

Supplies Needed: 3/8" Grosgrain in White, Black and Orange 7/8" Grosgrain in Black 2 Googly Eyes Felt Circle - 1 inch, white. Hot Glue Gun & Glue Needle & Thread Scissors & Lighter

Cut your ribbon. You need five 4" pieces of 3/8 white, one 1.5" piece of 3/8 black, one 1" piece of 7/8" black and a scrap piece of 3/8" orange.

Glue your black 3/8" ribbon along the bottom of the 7/8" ribbon to make your snowman hat.

Stack your 3/8 white ribbons.

Thread your needle and put it through the center of your white ribbons.

Starting with the ribbon on top, flip each piece over and back on to the needle.

Continue adding each piece until all of your pieces are on the needle. Adjust your loops so that they are even and then sew the middle and tie off in the back.

Fold your orange piece of ribbon in half (long ways).

Cut the end at an angle to form a point. Heat seal the pointed end.

Cut your ribbon long ways down the middle and about 1/2" from the end. We are going to use the top piece as our nose. Heat seal all cut ends.

Glue your nose, eyes and hat onto your snowman face.

Flip your snowman over and add your felt circle to the back. Then add your clip of choice.

Accessorize your snowman hat!
