Happy Fall!! Halloween is past which means that it's "Gobble-Time" as Thanksgiving rapidly approaches! Today I'm going to show you how to make this festive turkey hair-clip! It's so easy to make and only requires a few supplies.

Supplies Needed: 3/8" Grosgrain Ribbon (click to view) in Red - Light Gold - Orange and Maroon 1" Brown Felt Circle Hot Glue Gun & Glue Scissors Lighter Googly Eyes Brown Lined Clip Bow Embellishment (Optional)

Cut two 2" pieces of each of your 3/8" ribbon. You should have 8 pieces total.

Fold each ribbon in half and hot glue it where the ends meet. You only need a little bit of glue, you still want the top to be an open loop.

You should now have eight 1" loops.

Decide on a pattern for your ribbons. Start gluing your loops to your felt circle.

Glue each loop slightly on top of the previous loop.

Once all of your loops are glued, it should look like this. I ran out of room for my last loop so I just left it out. This is the back of your turkey.

Flip your turkey over to the front. Gather your googly eyes. Make your turkey nose by cutting a small triangle out of orange ribbon.

Add your googly eyes and nose to the center of your felt circle.

Line your alligator clip with brown ribbon.

Glue your turkey to the lined clip. Make sure you line up your turkey so it is even on the clip.

Your turkey is all finished!! Clip it in your little one's hair for the perfect Thanksgiving hair accessory! I found the little red bow and decided to add it to my turkey to make her a bit more girly!
