Company History
It all began in 2008 when founder Kristi Banwart decided to build a company around some of her greatest passions: crafting, designing, and accessorizing her young daughter!
Kristi had learned to make hair-bows after her daughter was born and quickly found that the largest variety of hair-bow crafting supplies was to be found on-line, not in the local retail stores. Fueled by her love of vibrant colors and unique design and equipped with design experience gleaned from her background studies in architectural design, interior design, and graphic design, she started her own small on-line product offering including basic ribbons, blank hair hardware, and a few other items.
The business expanded quickly as customers grew to love the quality of the products and customer service. Over the years, the product offering has blossomed into thousands of unique items and continues to evolve and grow.
From it's humble origin in a spare bedroom, the HairBow Center has seen many changes as it has eventually found it's home in a 6500 square foot facility constructed in 2010.
We look forward to the mission ahead of continuing to exceed our customers' expectations through innovative web technology, unique product offerings, and striving for excellence in the quality of our products and our service to our customers!
