The promotional flat rate shipping of $3.99 for orders of $50 or more is either USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Ground, whichever option is more economical for HairBow Center. Our rate of $3.99 does not alter the carrier's actual rate. However, in an attempt to make shipping more affordable, HairBow Center subsidizes the cost of shipping.
